Unstaking / Withdraw Issues

Description: Users may experience issues when unstaking or withdrawing funds.

 

• Unstaked SSI token has taken >14 days
  • Please note that SSI tokens are not automatically sent to your wallet after the 14-day unstake cooldown.
  •  After your cooldown period ends, you must manually withdraw your tokens.

      If you have not received your SSI tokens, please first check whether your unstaked tokens are still in cooldown or waiting to be claimed, and complete the withdrawal to receive them.
